We started this company with a simple goal: to make property management better for independent investors.
As real estate investors ourselves, we experienced firsthand the frustrations of working with traditional management companies. Our founder came from a background in software engineering and saw a clear opportunity to blend technology with personal service. We don’t use AI to replace human interaction—we use it behind the scenes to handle bookkeeping and busywork so we can spend more time where it really matters: talking to our clients, answering questions, and building relationships.
Very early on, we noticed a recurring problem in the industry. Big management firms tend to prioritize massive portfolios and commercial accounts. Smaller shops often cater to one or two large clients. Either way, independent investors with fewer units often find themselves last in line.
We decided to flip that model.
Our 15-Unit Guarantee ensures we only work with clients who own 15 units or fewer. This means every owner receives the same level of attention, communication, and care—no matter the size of their portfolio. We believe technology finally allows for this long tail approach to work—and work well.
Most importantly, we speak the language of independent investors because we are independent investors. We understand the unique challenges and opportunities of managing smaller portfolios, and we’ve built our business specifically to support people just like us.
